Trustees Committee

This committee is responsible for the use of the church building and property.  They authorize necessary repairs and improvements.  They also establish policies for the use of the property.

Pastor-Parish Relations Committee

This committee is the liaison between the pastor and the people.  This committee works with the pastor making recommendations as to pastoral effectiveness and areas of improvement, while helping the pastor in his ministerial needs.  This committee oversees all church staff and makes recommendations for all staff salaries.

Finance Committee

This committee sets the annual budget of the church, regulates church spending and strategies to help the church meet it's annual budget.

Education Committee

This committee oversees all educational programs of the church including; Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Children's Church and Church Bible Studies. 

Evangelism Committee

This committee works closely with the pastor developing programs and ministry to reach out into the community and bring people into the church.

Child Care Committee

This committee is responsible for overseeing all Child Care operations.  Providing support for the Child Care Center.

Missions Committee

This committee supervises the mission support of the church.  They designate the monthly mission initiatives, plan church mission trips, while educating the congregation on the gospel imperative to mission work and encouraging congregation wide participation in missions.

This committee works closely with the pastor to meet the needs of the worship services; Communion, ushers, acolytes, etc.  They also prepare the sanctuary for the special seasons of worship; Advent, Christmas, Easter, etc.  In addition they plan and implement special worship experiences.

This committee works to enhance the fellowship and the welfare of our local church.  They host and supervise church-wide dinners, plan family events, and self-help seminars, and seek ways to increase Koinonia ("ultimate community") among the fellowship. 

This committee works closely with the Trustees to maintain the church parsonage.  they will do annual inspections making recommendations for repair and improvements.

This committee works closely with the Finance committee to aid in implementing stewardship ministries within the church.  This committee will supervise and make preparations for fund raising events to enhance the church budget as well as providing ministries to educate the congregation concerning Christian directives to spiritual growth through giving.
