Hours of Operation: The Center is
open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday,
except New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. There is no rate
reduction for weeks including a holiday.

Registration Fee: There will be a
one-time registration fee of $50.00 per family payable at
the time of enrollment. It does not need to be paid
again as long as you are using our services

Family Discount: Families with 2 or
more children in the center will receive a 10
percent discount. The discount applies to regular
childcare fees, not to the registration fee, optional
fees, or penalties.

Special Requirements for Infants and
Toddlers: Parents must provide disposable
diapers or pull-ups for infants and toddlers who are not
yet toilet trained. Parents provide food for infants
until they are able to eat regular food.

Late Pick Up Charges: If you pick
up your child after 6:30 p.m., there will be a $5.00 late
charge for each 15 minute interval or part thereof.
It is due at the time you pick your child up.

Late Payment Policy: Payment
is due before 6:30 PM Tuesday. Payments not made
at 6:30 p.m. are subject to a $5.00 late fee added to your
week's tuition.
If payment is not paid by Friday of the current week, that
week plus the coming week must be paid in full before the
child can attend.

Attendance Policy: Full weeks
tuition is due whether your child is in attendance or not.

Optional Services: Services
in addition to basic childcare may be offered at various
times for an additional fee.

Vacation: If your child has
attend for one full year, you are eligible for a "vacation
week". This is where if your child is gone for a
week you will not have to pay for that week's childcare.
This is only for a five day period, and can only be used
once a year. You must let us know prior to
use.
